What Did You Say You Were Going To Do?

Here's a principle followed by dynamic, successful sales people, managers, and leaders throughout the world: 

Do what you say you're going to do.

That sounds incredibly simple, doesn't it? Yet every day millions of individuals don't follow through on this most basic of promises.

Here's the reciprocal of the same concept (you'll have to be the one to decide if you should copy and past the following sentence into a Word doc and then print it out and post it somewhere where you will see it every day):

Don't tell someone you're going to do something if you aren't going to actually do it.
